Our main focus was addressing water that was coming into our basement of our recently purchased home. We also wanted to explore the idea of improving our makeshift (previous owners) sump pump discharge set up but were not sure that we would be able to do it all at once. They were able to address both concerns, built a small retaining wall for the basement water issue, move/replace our current sump pump and fix a few other issues, all for a great price. The job itself was also quick yet thorough. Most importantly, we have not gotten any water in our basement since the job has been completed. Great experience all around and will be reaching out for future basement related projects!

Called after our basement flooded to get it waterproofed. They were able to install a gravity drain and fix my existing driveway drain for a very reasonable price and timely manner. These guys are very easy to work with. I’ll be using them again should I have any new issues. Highly recommend.

After receiving a biblical amount of rain at the beginning of the year, I found myself like most in New England….under water. I was very frustrated and unsure how to deal with addressing my flooded basement issues. Peter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all the different avenues that could happen in the basement. The crew placed a skirt drain and new sump pump in my basement with tremendous speed and quality. I was very shocked how quick they were able to get things in place. The price was very fair and I knew it could have been much more. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Great experience from start to finish! Had constant water in basement during heavy rains especially during fall and winter months. Had many quotes from different companies and they all had differing opinions on what would be best. Peter from Brilliant Basement came out and was far and away the most knowledgeable and personable, and the only one that actually took the time to really look at my current set up , not only looking at the basement but also the outside of the property. Decided to go with a new drainage system under the concrete leading out to a gravity drain completely eliminating the need for a sump pump. Jake came out with a professional and highly efficient crew and was able to finish the project in only 2 days. Jake explained every step of the process and answered every question I had. They left the property even cleaner then when they started. Went above and beyond in so many different areas. Absolutely great experience. Highly recommend. Just waiting for some rain now! 👍👍👍

I had a lot of water leakage into one of our basements in our house. The foundation hadn't been drained properly when the previous owner built the addition, before we bought it. They helped me get to the point where I wasn't down there with a shop vac every time it rained! Everything is automated and the basement now drains wonderfully! They came and worked all day and were great people to be around! They were professional and courteous and easy going, answered every question helpfully and never made me feel out of place in any way! Would absolutely recommend them to everyone! A great group of guys!!
